Luke Bryan is getting ready to put out a new single titled “Up” and he says the song “checks all the boxes.”

Luke just recently scored his 27th number one single with his song “Waves.” He is following that song with this new single from the deluxe edition of his Born Here Live Here Die Here album.

The song was written by Jeremy Bussey, Taylor Phillips and Bobby Pinson. Luke shared his thoughts about the song.

“‘Up’ is a song that really, it just checks all the boxes for a country song to me. It talks about what I love, what’s dear to me. It talks about my home. It talks about my faith, and the fact that the songwriters used a simple word, ‘Up,’ to create so many images is pretty special.”
