Week two of the Blind Auditions for season 21 of The Voice is in the books. Who did Blake Shelton add to Team Blake this week?

Monday night, September 27th Blake was able to add two artists to his team.

Robert (42-years-old) Gentry (39-years-old) and Neil (39-years-old) form the trio known as The Joy Reunion. They chose to sing the song “Boondocks” by Little Big Town. Blake pressed his button for the trio. John Legend followed pressing his button. Both coaches made strong pitches for the group to join their respective team.

In the end the three chose to keep with their country music foundation and joined Team Blake.

Carson Peters is a 17-year-old aspiring country singer. His performance of Don Williams’ “Tulsa Time” motivated John to press his button. Blake then pressed his button bringing a smile to Carson’s face as he sang. Ariana Grande also pressed her button a short time later. Finally, near the end, Kelly Clarkson hit her button giving the young singer a four-chair-turn performance. John, Kelly and Ariana did all they could to convince Carson to pick anybody but Blake for the most part.

As is typical on the show, the country singer chose Blake as his coach.

Tuesday, September 28th Blake was able to add three more artists to Team Blake.

21-year-old Kaitlyn Velez performed the song her version of Mike Posner’s “Please Don’t Go” while playing her ukulele. Blake and John both hit their buttons pretty much simultaneously. John made his pitch for Kaitlyn to join his team. Kelly and Ariana talked to her a little. Blake made his pitch for Kaitlyn to choose him as her coach.

Kaitlyn stated on the broadcast that she would be somewhat shocked if Blake were to press his button for her and if he did she might need to choose him. In fact that is what she did and joined Team Blake.

In a two-artists-montage we found out that Blake was the only coach to press his button for 19-year-old Berritt Haynes and 25-year-old Clint Sherman. Both artists are now members of Team Blake.

At the end of week two of the Blind Auditions Blake added five artists to his team bringing his season 21 total to nine Team Blake members.

Ariana added four artists to her team this week also bringing her season total to nine members on Team Ariana.

John Legend added three artist this week bringing his total to eight Team Legend members for season 21 to date.

Kelly also added three artists in week two of the Blind Auditions bringing Team Kelly to seven artists to date this season.
