Last night (6/9) was the 2021 CMT Music Awards. Today (6/10) one of the most talked about performances form the show is NEEDTOBREATHE featuring Carrie Underwood.

The CMT Music Awards are known to feature a lot of collaborative performances with country music artists and artists from other genres of music. Last night was no exception.

NEEDTOBREATH is a Christian rock band. Their song “I Wanna Remember” features Carrie and is on their album Into the Mystery. That album is set to be released July 23rd. The collaborative performance of the song from last night’s award show is getting a lot of attention today. Watch that performance in the video below.

Carrie also extended her reign as the most awarded artist in CMT Music Awards history last night. She took home the award for Video Of The Year for “Hallelujah.” The song and video is another collaboration for Carrie. It features John Legend and can be found on Carrie’s Christmas album My Gift.
