This Sunday Keith Urban and Mickey Guyton will co-host the 56th ACM Awards Show in Nashville.
The show will take place from three legendary venues around Music City: the Grand Ole Opry House, the Bluebird Café and the Ryman Auditorium.
Keith Urban talks about how the multiple locations for the show offers something special to the world.
“I’m gonna be hosting live from Grand Ole Opry House. We’re gonna have people playing in the Bluebird Café, which is just legendary. And of course the iconic Ryman Auditorium as well. So, the fact that we can have people playing in different places around town is a really creative way to have multiple people playing, of course, but also show a side of Nashville to people around the world that they haven’t seen, maybe some of these iconic places before.”
Keith is more than the host of the show. He is also a nominee in the Music Event of the Year category for his song “One Too Many” with P!NK.
The 56th ACM Awards Show is this Sunday, April 18th, 7 p.m. central time (8 p.m. eastern time) on CBS.
