Darius Rucker recently talked about what he has been doing during life in quarantine.
Darius and the rest of the country music industry just marked one year of being shut down and no touring. Life in quarantine has created new opportunities though. Darius would usually spend a lot of the year on the road, but now he’s had plenty of bonding time with not only his kids, but also his own bed too.
“I have gotten used to sleeping in my own bed, and you also get used to seeing the kids, you know, seeing your family a lot. Jack and I have spent a lot of time together … and I love that … cause I never have any place to go! (laugh) I’m home! You know, it’s been great, but I’m ready to go back on the road.”
Over the past year what is something you have gotten to do a lot that normally you don’t? What are you looking forward to getting back to doing after the pandemic?
