The latest single from Luke Combs “Better Together” can be described as 3-2-1 this week.
The song is spending its 3rd week on Billboard and 2nd week on Mediabase/Country Aircheck at #1.
Luke feels the way the song is done stripped down is the way the song needed to be done.
“I wrote ‘Better Together’ in the mountains of North Carolina about three years ago … two and a half years ago maybe. I put a little clip of it on my Instagram maybe a year and half, or two years ago … I’m not exactly sure … People have always loved it. We ended up recording it and going with you know, kind of a very stripped down production of just me and a piano and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out.”
The song can be found on the What You See Is What You Get album and the deluxe version of that project titled What You See Ain’t Always What You Get. Both albums are available everywhere now.
Listen for “Better Together” by Luke Combs on Bloomington-Normal’s #1 Country, B104.
