For the first time since 1983, here’s what you won’t see during the Super Bowl: commercials about Budweiser, Coke and Pepsi.

Anheuser-Busch is the latest to pull out of the big game and has vowed instead to donate the money (millions) it would have spent on ads to coronavirus vaccination awareness efforts.

The company will still advertise its other brands Bud Light and Michelob Ultra during the game.

Many Budweiser ads have become iconic over the years including guys screaming “Whasssup!”, the “Bud- Wei- Ser” frogs, and the famous Budweiser Clydesdales.
