Incredible news! Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are recording, and releasing, their cover of the hit song “Shallow,” and it might even be on Garth’s upcoming album Fun!

Of course, you know the song made famous by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper for the movie A Star Is Born. Everyone was covering it, and earlier this year fans begged for Garth and Trisha to cover it during one of their livestream jam sessions.

Fans loved it SO much, so Garth and Trisha have decided to head into the studio to record the song and release it to hungry fans.

Garth even got a little teary when he opened up about the duet to Nancy Odell for an interview with People TV.

We are still waiting on Garth’s upcoming album FUN, but he has so far held off on releasing the album due to the ongoing pandemic.
