Watch Luke Combs Cover “Crazy” [VIDEO]

Luke Combs covers “Crazy,” but it may not be what you think.

Most country music fans think of Patsy Cline when the song title “Crazy” is mentioned. However, that is not the song Luke covers.

In the first decade of the current century CeeLo Green and producer Danger Mouse composed the soul duo called Gnarls Barkley. The “Crazy” that Luke covers is the only major hit single that duo had. Performed with an acoustic guitar and Luke Combs singing, the song sound pretty country to me.

Luke recently announced that he will be dropping a deluxe album titled What You See Ain’t Always What You Get October 23rd. The new project will feature the 18 songs from his 2019 sophomore album What You See Is What You Get as well as five new songs.

The posting of the cover of “Crazy” on Luke’s YouTube channel also features a link to pre-order the deluxe album. It makes me wonder if a fully produced version of this cover will be one of the five new songs.

Would you like to hear a fully produced version of the Gnarls Barkley song “Crazy” by Luke Combs?
