Even through the Pandemic, nothing is stopping the Grand Ole Opry!
Recently we’ve seen Vince Gill and Reba, Luke Combs and Craig Morgan, Blake & Gwen, Carly Pearce with Lee Brice and Michael Ray (right before the divorce announcement), and the list goes on…
This weekend, Luke Bryan and Darius Rucker shares the stage.
Luke’s new album Born Here, Live Here, Die Here just came out, so of course he played some of his new songs, he and Darius played some of their biggest hits, and then they closed the night out with a duet of the Brooks & Dunn classic, “Neon Moon.”
They even joked about trying to sound like Ronnie Dunn for the performance…
“My voice feels amazing, I’m ready for it to be tired again,” said Luke referring to getting back on the road.
“Our voices feel so good, let’s pretend liked we’re Ronnie Dunn for a second,” added Darius, then Luke with the comeback, “They don’t feel THAT good!” haha
You can watch their entire night on the Opry stage here, but the video is cued up to the “Neon Moon” performance.
