Is there anything Tom Hanks can’t do? He can play almost any role, he’s one of our favorite actors of all times, a multi Oscar winner, and now? He’s selling hot dogs at A’s games.
Since fans won’t be allowed to attend MLB games this season, Tom is taking on the role of a lifetime…ballpark hot dog vendor.
Since fans are not allowed in the stands this season, many teams are getting creative. Some are filling the stands with cardboard cutouts, others are using virtual fans and piped in crowd noise. Well if you are gonna have fans, you are gonna need hot dogs, and peanuts, and cracker jacks. I mean the song says so.
So Tom has taken on a career making role and has lended his voice to the Oakland A’s home games to make it sound as if people are in the stands, and he will play a hot dog vendor…”Hot dogs here! Colossal hot dogs!”
Life is like a box of… popcorn. đż
East Bay's own @tomhanks is reprising one of his first roles as a Coliseum vendor! See if you can hear him mixed in with the crowd noise during tonight's #OpeningDay broadcast.#RootedInOakland pic.twitter.com/o84TzuTLiX

So Woody is hocking hot dogs. YASSSSSS!
True story, Tom didn’t have to do a lot of research for this role, he grew up selling peanuts at A’s games, so this will be just like riding a bike.
