Last night (5/12) the artists heading to the Finale on season 18 of The Voice were revealed. Who is representing Blake Shelton on Team Blake?

The announcement was made Monday (5/11) that this season instead of four finalist it would be the Final 5 competing for the win next week. The artists from each team with the most votes from Monday’s performances would automatically advance. The remaining artists would then compete for the season’s final “Instant Save.”

To begin with the artists that automatically advanced were announced. Blake Shelton heard Todd Tilghman received the most votes on Team Blake and made the finals. The other three artists that automatically advanced were Micah Iverson (Team Kelly), CammWess (Team Legend) and Thunderstorm Artis (Team Nick).

Next it was time for the remaining artists to perform for the “Instant Save.”

Finally it was time to reveal the winner of the “Instant Save.”

Toneisha Harris from Team Blake became the first ever fifth finalist on The Voice.

Blake heads to the finale next week with two artists on his team while the other coaches have a single artist each.

I have stated in the past that Blake typically gets more artists in the finale than any other coach. I also have pondered if this success hinders his chances to win the show. Blake will have two artists that can win next week. However, does that divide the votes from his fans between the two while the other coaches have fans voting for just one each?

We will find out how it all plays out starting Monday, May 18th at 7 PM central time (8 PM eastern time) on NBC.
