Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey just told his employees that they can work from home FOREVER!

That’s right, even after the pandemic ends, they can still work from home. That is thousands of employees who can decide not to come back and work from home forever.

He said “opening the offices will be our decision. If and when our employees come back will be theirs.” Talk about a thoughtful approach to everything we have going on right now.

Over the last week Google and Facebook made similar announcements that employees won’t return to the office until 2021 and can work from home the rest of the year, but Twitter says forever if the employee wants to.

So, if they still don’t feel safe going in when things reopen, all they have to do is say that, and Jack says their decision will be respected, no questions asked.

Imagine this kind of option to new parents with young children, they can continue to work from home forever and not have to worry about who will take care of their kids.
