Singer-songwriter Jon Pardi is social distancing at home like most of us. How is he doing with it?

“How I’m doing with social distancing? Well, I’ve got my country distancing, and I’ve been working on the land, mowing. I haven’t really gotten to see my family or anything because everybody’s so far apart, but I’m hanging in there. Trying to write some music, watching TV, getting back to my inner self, powering up the soul, know what I’m saying?”

With the extra time to binge-watch shows, what Netflix show is Jon really enjoying?

“My favorite show on Netflix right now is the ‘Money Heist.’ It’s originally in Spanish, but overdubbed in English. It’s very good, even though you can tell that it’s overdubbed.”

Jon recently scored his fourth number one single with “Heartache Medication.” His collaboration with Thomas Rhett titled “Beer Can’t Fix” is currently climbing the charts in the top five. Listen for both songs on Bloomington-Normal’s #1 Country, B104.
