Country music stars are dealing with the same situation we all are with the coronavirus. Singer-songwriters Carly Pearce and Carrie Underwood share their own experiences and feelings.

As we navigate through these uncertain times amid the pandemic, Carly Pearce says she’s looking to a higher power for guidance:

“My big thing right now has been faith over fear and believing that this too shall pass. And I’m trying to look at it as a message from God that he’s telling us all to slow down, and that life as we know it can be taken away very quickly if we take it for granted.”

Carly wants to share a message of hope with everyone who’s dealing with this crisis, reminding them to keep the faith:

“You can find good in this, and hopefully give yourself the room to deal with the emotions that you have. I’ve had days where I’ve cried my eyes out over this, and then I have days that I’m okay. And I think just giving yourself permission to do that, but also just really looking to God for your faith and your hope and all of that.”

Carrie Underwood shares an update on how her family of four is social distancing themselves amid the coronavirus pandemic:

“Much like everybody else. We are just at home, and we are trying to get out and explore when the weather’s nice enough to do so. We are so lucky that we have some land around us that we get to get outside and get some of our energy out, especially with a five-year-old, for Isaiah. And [I’m] trying to come up with crafts. I’ve been cooking a lot. My house is spotless. [laughs]”

How are you dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak and stay at home situation both emotionally and daily in the things you do?
