Here is an updated map of the counties where COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Illinois as of  March 20, 2020.

Friday (3/20) the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) announced the total number of confirmed cases in Illinois has risen to 585 with five deaths from the virus. There have been 4,286 people in Illinois tested for the virus. Below is a map of the counties where at least one confirmed case has been found.
