Carrie’s book, “Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life,” includes tips, recipes, exercises and stories from her health and fitness life. It is something the singer-songwriter says people have asked her to do for years.

“A lot of people have been asking me over the years to write down what I do,” she shares. “I just thought, hey, I’ll give it a shot and see if I have anything to say to the world and turns out we did. And I really cannot wait for people to read it. Hopefully we can help some people on their journeys.”

She also explained why she feels like this is perfect timing for the book.

“Five years ago when we launched Calia, which is my active wear line with Dick’s Sporting Goods, it has just been such a great five years and I’ve learned so much and I’ve loved every second of working on that,” Carrie states. “I kinda feel like the book was the next step in my health and fitness life.”

“Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life” by Carrie Underwood is on bookshelves everywhere now.

The Target exclusive edition of “Find Your Path” features a special bonus chapter called “From My Garden,” which includes advice on growing vegetables and fresh herbs in an at-home vegetable garden.

Carrie also launched a new fitness app, fit52, in conjunction with the release of her new book.
