Sam Hunt has reached the top of the country singles chart for country radio airplay for the first time since April of 2017.

The last time Sam reached number one on the Billboard Country Airplay singles chart was in April of 2017 with “Body Like A Back Road.” The advance release of this week’s Billboard chart show Sam at #1 on the chart again with his latest single “Kinfolks.”

Both of those songs are from Sam’s sophomore album titled Southside and scheduled to drop April 3rd.

“Kinfolks” becomes Sam’s sixth career number one single.

Congratulations to Sam Hunt on his #1 single “Kinfolks.”
