Shannen Doherty has decided to break her silence and share a heartbreaking health update with fans. Her breast cancer is back, and now it is stage 4.

Almost three years ago Shannen announced that she was battling breast cancer and at the time was in remission. Unfortunately, for the last year, she has been battling the disease in private and keeping the diagnosis to herself, even while filming the 90210 reboot. She headed back to the set, even after her diagnosis, and the news of Luke Perry’s tragic and sudden death.

Now she is speaking out about her health struggles and the fact that she is scared about what’s to come.
