Which Is Better For Breakfast? Pizza or Cereal?

If you had to choose Pizza or Cereal for breakfast…which one do you think health experts would tell you to choose?

So it’s 7am, you should have left the house 15 minutes ago, but you can’t find your other shoe and your kid just wiped his peanut butter and jelly hands all over your shirt which means you have to change. You know breakfast is important but it’s gonna have to be fast…how about that leftover pizza?

According to health.com, pizza is a much better option for breakfast than cereal. Most cereals contain tons of sugar and not much protein, which results in a sugar crash mid morning. So, if you have to choose, skip the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and go straight for the slice.

Obviously, calling pizza “healthy” is a stretch, but pizza packs a lot more protein, and if it’s got veggies, even better!
