Did you sign up for Disney Plus last week? Watch out!

Disney Plus is less than a week old and more than 2,000 accounts have already been compromised. Since most streamers use the same username and password for all of their services, it’s likely that hackers used login information from another service to login to Disney Plus. Once they have gained access, they change the email and password and take over the account and block the original user.

Amongst the long list of technical issues Disney Plus had in it’s first week, this isn’t great news.

Experts say you should use different passwords for your streaming services, and change the passwords periodically. The harder the password, chances are it will be impossible to hack!
