What does it take to upstage Carrie Underwood? A nine-year-old throwing down some emotional sign language!
USAToday.com reports that Maryland fourth grader Savannah Dahan posted a video on YouTube of herself using American Sign Language to Carrie’s song “The Champion.” Carrie was so impressed by the young deaf girl’s video she invited Savannah and her dad to sit in the front row of her concert in Washington last Friday (10/4).
Savannah even got to go back stage before the show and meet Carrie. The two did a collaborative performance of “The Champion” at the meet-n-greet that has already been viewed over one million times! Check it out below…
