Go Behind The Scenes (BTS) making Blake Shelton‘s latest single “Hell Right” with Trace Adkins.

In the BTS video at the bottom of the page we hear from Blake about when he decided to record the song. He also shares how quickly he knew he wanted to have Trace be a part of it.

There is what might be an Easter Egg of sorts in the video. There is a shot of a file with “BLAKE SHELTON 2019 ALBUM MASTER PROJECT” on it. Does that indicate Blake’s new album will be released this year? I hope so!

“Hell Right” is the second single from the untitled, forthcoming new album. The song is currently climbing the charts for country radio airplay in the top 30. It is the follow-up to the #1 song “God’s Country.”

Blake returns to the small screen Monday (9/23) when season 17 of The Voice premieres on NBC.
