Maren Morris is set to release a new single titled “The Bones.” It is the follow-up to her #1 song “Girl.”

Maren wrote the new song with Jimmy Robbins and Laura Veltz. She recalls (in the video above) the day in Nashville that Laura brought the title to a song writing session. Maren reveals the song is rooted in the three friends being in solid relationships with their significant others. She explains “The Bones” of a relationship and home is what helps it stand against all of life’s trials.
