Miranda Lambert has teased that she will release a new album this fall and says it will be the “old Miranda.”
The Chicago Sun Times does not reveal the exact release date from the country music superstar, but quotes her as saying about the new project,
“I would call it old Miranda, but a Miranda at a whole new level, if that makes any sense.”
Miranda alludes to her new marriage by saying,
“It’s not going to be love song overload or anything like that.”
She indicates that the female country-rock singer we all fell in love with at the beginning of her career is back,
“I made a career on being a rock and roller and I think fans are going to hear that throughout.”
Based on the new song “Locomotive” that she sang at her 2019 CMA Fest performance (watch the video at the top of the page), I would say that the “sass is back” from Miranda!
You can read more about the new project, new tour and more from Miranda Lambert in the Chicago Sun Times article here.
I am looking forward to hearing this new project from Miranda Lambert this fall!
