Marshmello Jumps on Country Bandwagon, Announces Kane Brown Collaboration

It seems like everybody is doing collaborations in country music these days. It also seems like more and more artists from other genres want to work with country music stars. EDM star Marshmello is the latest.

Last year (2018) Zedd enlisted the help of Grey along with country star Maren Morris on a song called “The Middle” that became a mega-hit at pop radio and in sales. It also garnered many music awards.

Most recently Lil Nas X and Diplo’s collaboration with Billy Ray Cyrus titled “Old Town Road” has been a big success on pop radio, streams and downloads. Last year

With that kind of success happening with crossing genres why wouldn’t Marshmello see if he can capture lightning in a bottle too.

The masked musician tweeted about the collaboration titled “One Thing Right” with Kane Brown yesterday (Monday, June 17th) posting the cover art for the collaboration.
