Country Music Legend Dolly Parton was honored with a special award by the FBI last week for her work to raise money for those affected by the Smokey Mountain Wildfires in 2016.
Dolly raised enough money to give $10,000 to 900 effected families. For her efforts, she was awarded the 2018 Director’s Community Leadership Award. Dolly was unable to attend the ceremony so her award was accepted on her behalf by David Dotson, the CEO of the Dollywood Foundation.
