Kane Brown has dropped a brand new music video for his current hit song “Good As You.”

Last year Kane released a music video for the song that featured clips from his wedding to Katelyn Jae. The video allowed fans to share in his big day. You can watch that video here.

The new music video (and we can assume is the official video for the song) allows Kane to honor the strong women in his life. These ladies helped shape him into the man he is today.

Kane explained to CMT that this video treatment was inspired by his life story. His mother worked multiple jobs while raising him and his Nana was really a sheriff in his hometown as depicted in the video.

Kane shared that he truly appreciated everything his mom and Nana did for him growing up. CMT quotes him as saying, “I wanted to make a video that reflected the women who raised me. The opening line ’I see the way you’re taking care of your mama, the way your taking care of me.’ That was my Mom taking care of Nana and me and my Nana taking care of my MeMaw and me.” (CMT.com: Samantha Stephens)
