The Top 13 performed last night (11/20) on season 15 of The Voice. Tonight two artists will be eliminated from the Live Playoffs no matter what team they are on.
Blake Shelton‘s remaining Team Blake artists are Chris Kroeze, Kirk Jay and Dave Fenley. Each artist chose a song to perform and dedicated it to somebody special to them.
Chris Kroeze picked “Let It Be” by The Beatles for his performance.
Kirk Jay decided to sing Lonestar’s “I’m Already There.”
Dave Fenley performed Lee Brice’s “Hard To Love.”
You can watch the rest of the Top 13 performances at The Voice YouTube channel here or their official website here.
All of the Top 13 artists did a really great job with their performances. I have watched this show from season one to now. One of the things I have noticed (and I have pointed out before) is how crucial song selection is. While a performance can be spectacular, if the song is not one people are motivated to own it can hurt in that method of voting.
With that in mind here is a look at the one form of voting we can see, the iTunes sales chart. I checked the all-genre sales at about 9:30 AM central time this morning (after voting had closed).
iTunes Rank – Artist/Song – Team
#10 – Kirk Jay “I’m Already There” – Team Blake
#23 – Reagan Strange “You Say” – Team Adam
#24 – Tyke James “(Everything I Do) I Do It For You” – Team Adam
#38 – Chevel Sheperd “Little White Church” – Team Kelly
#56 – Chris Kroeze “Let It Be” – Team Blake
#79 – Kennedy Holmes “Wind Beneath My Wings”- Team Jennifer
#123 – Sarah Grace “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” – Team Kelly
#145 – DeAndre Nico “I Can Only Imagine” – Team Adam
The remaining artists were not in the top 200 on iTunes when I checked this morning.
Dave Fenley “Hard To Love” – Team Blake
MaKenzie Thomas “I Am Changing” – Team Jennifer
SandyRedd “It’s So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday” – Team Jennifer
Kymberli Joye “Diamonds” – Team Kelly
Lynnea Moorer “Wolves” – Team Kelly (Comeback Stage winner)
Unless they do things differently (which is always a possibility) the bottom three artists in voting will be revealed near the end of tonight’s episode. Then, it will be up to America and the “Twitter Save” to choose which one remains on the show.
Tonight we will find out which two artists are eliminated from the competition starting at 7 PM central time (8 PM eastern time) on The Voice Season 15.
