**UPDATE 6/12**
Yesterday when I wrote this blog I forgot to count the #1 for Cole Swindell’s collaboration with Dierks titled “Flatliner.” Taking that song into account Dierks has a total of 17 career number one songs.

Dierks Bentley can thank his wife for his latest #1 single as “Woman, Amen” reaches the top spot on the country radio airplay charts this week.

The advance release of the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts show Dierks at number one o both charts for this week.

Why would Dierks thank his wife for the number one song? It was because of her that he recorded the song and released it as a single.

“I love the message, it’s very direct very honest for me and my relationship with my wife. You know, I feel like I’m more grateful for her every year that this goes along. But I feel like this is a good way to start with just home and her,” Dierks shares.

The song marks his 16th career chart topper. That’s kind of appropriate that his “sweet sixteen” #1 is because of his wife.

“Woman, Amen” is the debut single from Dierks’ ninth studio album The Mountain that dropped last Friday (6/8) and is available everywhere now.

Congratulations to Dierks Bentley on his #1 single “Woman, Amen.”
