Luke Combs dropped a deluxe version of his #1 debut album–This One’s For You today (6/1) with five new songs he didn’t want to fall into “purgatory.”
The deluxe version of Luke’s debut album just adds the word “Too” to the end of the title and it adds five new songs to the 12 tracks on the original album.
Luke says he didn’t want to wait to get these five new songs out.
“I didn’t want these five songs to kinda fall into like purgatory of in between album one and album two,” Luke states, “Because I think they’re all really great songs.”
Luke apparently felt these songs were meant to be part of that collection of songs on his debut album.
“I wanted to give them an opportunity to be heard in the light that I think they should be heard in,” he explains.
The This One’s For You Too Deluxe album by Luke Combs is available digitally and in music stores everywhere now.
The original version of the album has already produced two #1 songs “Hurricane” and “When It Rains It Pours.” The third single from the album “One Number Away” is poised to follow suit as it sits appropriately enough just one number away from the top of the country radio airplay singles charts this week at #2.
You can listen to the five new songs below the track list of the deluxe album posted below.
