Last Friday night (11/3) Kelsea Ballerini appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert where see performed a new song and debuted a new hairstyle.

Kelsea has gone from longer, flowing hair to what could be described as a short and sassy, classic look with her hair.

The song is called “I Hate Love Songs” and can be found on her new album Unapologetically which was released the same day as the appearance on the late night show. It’s a tongue-in-cheek ballad about being in love, but not liking songs about being in love.

Kelsea is up for Female Vocalist of the Year at the 51st CMA Awards that will air live from Nashville tomorrow, Wednesday, November 8th at 8/7 Central on ABC.
