Thomas Rhett has reached the top of the charts again with his latest single “Unforgettable.”
The advanced Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts have been released and Thomas Rhett is at the number one spot on both charts for this week.
The song is the second single from Thomas Rhett’s latest album Life Changes. That album not only debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country Album sales chart, but also was the first country album to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 All-Genre chart in 2017.
“Unforgettable” follows the debut #1 single from the album that was a collaboration with Maren Morris called “Craving You.” This also marks Thomas Rhett’s third consecutive chart topper and his 9th career number one single.
Thomas Rhett had this to say about his latest #1 single, “It basically describes this night of when a husband and wife met each other. Not really super personal to me and Lauren’s story, but we basically kind of made up this story of this husband is telling his wife I remember every single detail about that night; what you were drinking, what song you were singing, what shoes you were wearing. Did not think it was going to be the second single off this project, but it is and I’m really excited about it.”
Thomas Rhett is a multiple nominee at the 51st CMA Awards which will be co-hosted for the 10th time by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood and will be broadcast live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville this Wednesday, November 8th at 8:00 PM/ET (7:00 PM/CT) on ABC.
Congratulations to Thomas Rhett on his #1 single “Unforgettable.”
