This woman was pulled over and told she was suspected of Driving Under the Influence (DUI). However, instead of getting arrested, she got the surprise of a lifetime!
The woman’s name is Ellen Alexander according to CountryRebel.com. Ellen was just going about her day when she was pulled over by the police. She was informed that the reason she was stopped was suspicion of DUI. The deputy took her to the sidewalk to prove she was not under the influence by completing some field sobriety tests.
While Ellen was following the officer’s instructions and performing the tests, Deputy Kevin Bowes slips up behind her and gets down on one knee without her noticing. When she is instructed to do a turn as part of her sobriety test she sees Deputy Bowes with an open jewelry box with a ring inside and a proposal for her.
Through the surprise, tears of joy and hugging the Deputy kneeling we are left wondering for a few moments what her answer is. However, if you couldn’t tell by her body language she does confirm that her answer is YES!
