The local band Lick Creek won the Illinois Finals for 2017 NASH Next and are ow heading to Nashville for the National Finals! The band pays homage to their home in central Illinois in their music video for “Let Me Be.”

Lick Creek is a six member band consisting of Wesley Ingram (Lead Guitar), Ryan King (Lead Guitar/Banjo/Mandolin), Steve Gragert (Bass), Maddie Brown (Acoustic & Lead Vocals), Brandon Drew (Drums) and Lance Stone (Lead Vocals).

These six musicians blend their passions of rock and country music into an infectious sound that will get you wanting to move your feet, clap your hands and sing along!

In the official music video for their song “Let Me Be” the band gives a tip of the hat to the life they are a part of everyday living and playing their music in central Illinois. The video starts out on the farm and ends up in the barn.
