William Michael Morgan‘s next single has a title that makes you think “classic” and he says he feels like the song is an “instant classic.”
The song is titled “Vinyl” and William Michael says he was drawn to the tune as soon as he heard it, “I think what really drew me to the message of it was the classic-ness of it,” he explains, “It’s a love song, it’s a classic love song.”
As I noted earlier, the title automatically emotes a feeling of classic and the country music singer says it gave him that feel as well, “It says, ‘Baby, you’re an instant classic,’ you know, ‘They don’t make ’em no more like you,'” William Michael shares, “As weird as it is to say, it feels like an instant classic, you know, it just had that feel.”
William Michael says he can’t quite put his finger on what it is that makes him feel the way he does about the song, “It’s hard to explain. It’s just … the song, when I first heard it, just gave me goosebumps.”
The song apparently hit him hard enough that he named his entire album after the song. Listen to the new single “Vinyl” by William Michael Morgan below and see if you agree with him that it is an “instant classic.”
