The 12-year-old girl with the amazing ventriloquist talent doubled down for the season finale on America’s Got Talent hoping it would be enough to win.
I first wrote about Darci Lynne a few weeks ago when I watched her amazing talent on the America’s Got Talent YouTube channel. I pointed out that I am not an avid watcher of the show and that still remains the case. However, I did find the video above of Darci’s incredible season finale performance.
The young girl’s previous performances feature either her puppet Oscar the mouse or Petunia the bunny. Last night (9/19) Darci stepped up her game and brought both puppets for the performance.
Not only does the 12-year-old manage to create a conversation that included herself and both puppets, she takes it to the next level when she flawlessly voices a duet between the two puppets with the song “With A Little Help From My Friends” by the Beatles. Watch that performance that the adjective “amazing” seems to fall shot in describing above.
I said it a few weeks ago and I will repeat it now, no disrespect to any of the other very talented contestants on the show, but I can’t see how anybody other than Darci Lynne deserves to win this competition.
Was it enough? We can find out on the star-studded season finale of America’s Got Talent tonight (9/20) at 7 PM central time (8 PM eastern time) on NBC when we find out who wins the title and the one million dollar prize that goes with it.
