Newlywed Sam Hunt says that his wife Hannah inspires his music in most every way.

Sam and Hannah Lee Fowler exchanged their vows in mid April. Sam says the first way Hannah inspires him is simply to do the best he can when it comes to songwriting.

“From a musical standpoint she inspires me to pick up the guitar and write and try to do a good job at it when writing these songs,” he shares.

He also confesses that many of the storylines in the songs are about his life with Hannah. “I continue to write songs that are more of an honest reflection of our relationship,” Sam reveals.

Not every song reflects his feeling about his wife or their life together. However, Sam still believes Hannah even inspires those songs, “Some, from the storyline, don’t necessarily reflect our relationship, but she inspires just the process I guess more than anything.”

Whether it be inspiring the actual lyrics like Sam’s latest #1 song “Body Like A Back Road,” or simply motivating him to not just write, but write to the best of his ability … Hannah is the Muse for her husband Sam Hunt.
