Luke Bryan sang the National Anthem at Super Bowl LI and in the latest episode of LBTV Luke takes us behind the scenes of his time at this historic game.
Sunday, February 5, 2017 the AFC Champion New England Patriots overcame the largest deficit in Super Bowl history to defeat the NFC Champion Atlanta Falcons in the first Super Bowl to ever go into overtime.
While getting to just watch the historic NFL game in person would be huge for Luke, the country music singer-songwriter has an even bigger reason to remember Super Bowl LI for the rest of his life.
Luke checked a box on his bucket list by performing the National Anthem at the beginning of the game for the thousands in attendance at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas and the hundreds of millions watching on television.
Last night Luke posted the latest episode of his YouTube channel series LBTV. The episode revolves around his career milestone of being a part of Super Bowl LI. Luke gives us a look at the rehearsals for the National Anthem, the press conferences he did for the event, what he was doing just before he went to the field on game day and some of his actual performance at the big game.
Watch as Luke Bryan takes us behind the scenes of doing the National Anthem for Super Bowl LI in the video at the top of the page.
Luke will again be in front of a global audience when he co-hosts the 52nd ACM Awards, Sunday, April 2nd 8/7 Central live on CBS.
Congratulations Luke on a job well-done and for representing yourself and country music so well on this global stage!
