While the song may talk about a night of not drinking, the people involved in Chris Young‘s latest single “Sober Saturday Night” will likely raise a glass to the song hitting #1 on the country radio singles charts.
According to the advanced Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts, Chris has moved the third single from his latest album I’M Coming Over to the top spot on both charts for this week.
The album is available everywhere now and features not only this week’s number one song “Sober Saturday Night,” but also two other chart topping singles. The debut single from the project was also the title track and reached number one as did the second single a duet with Cassadee Pope titled “Think Of You.” That gives Chris three consecutive chart topping single out of three released from his I’m Coming Over album.
“Sober Saturday Night” features Vince Gill singing background vocals and marks Chris Young’s 9th career #1 single.
