Blake Shelton has his plans set for New Year’s Eve. He will perform on the NBC special New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly.

The special will air on NBC, Saturday night, December 31st from 11:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. ET (10:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m. CT) live from the heart of Times Square in New York City.

The host of NBC’s hit show The Voice will again host the most famous countdown to the New Year in the world as we wait for the ball to drop in Times Square to mark the start of 2017.

Carson’s co-star from The Voice Blake will join in on the New Year’s Eve special to perform. The two boys will also be joined by another co-star from the TV singing competition as Alicia Keys will also perform on the New Year’s Eve special. The group Pentatonix (who performed on The Voice this season with Dolly Parton) is also scheduled to perform as part of the show that night.

They should rename the special “The Voice’s” New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly.
