Brad Paisley released a new song called “Today” along with a music video for it yesterday (10/6).

The song’s lyrics leads it to be something that can cover a huge amount of milestone moments in life. It could be about getting married, becoming a parent, starting a new relationship, just about anything that is a life moment that changes your perspective of what the future can hold.

Brad said about the new song, “I know what I wrote it about, but I’d be way more interested in what the song means to all of you.” You can do that though Brad’s official Twitter page and Facebook page.

The song is from a forthcoming new album from Brad that has yet to be titled or have a release date.

The music video for “Today” by Brad Paisley features clips of those many milestone moments from beginning to end. The clips are from Brad’s time on the road, like the start of the video when he helped a couple reveal the gender of their unborn baby on stage at one of his concerts. The music video also features some viral video clips like the wedding party on a dock that collapses and surprise returns of soldiers coming home and many more.

Watch the music video for “Today” by Brad Paisley at the top of the page. Hopefully at some point Brad will tell us what he actually wrote the song about.
