Yes, that is Miranda Lambert climbing out of the wreckage of an upside down, crashed car. But, it is not what you might be thinking.
Miranda is climbing out of the wreckage in her brand new music video for her latest single “Vice.” The song is the debut single from her forthcoming new album that she says will be released later this year.
The song is the first release from the country singer-songwriter since her highly publicized divorce from Blake Shelton last year.
The lyrics of the song that Miranda co-wrote bring to bare the vices that often can be a pitfall for people from drinking, to smoking to physical relationships and more. The new music video could be interpreted to hold symbolism of Miranda’s life over the past year plus that has been full of hard times personally.
One could also interpret that ending of the music video as Miranda symbolically putting all of the recent turmoil behind her as she is now moving forward in life with whatever may come her way now.
