The Country Music Association reveled the final nominees for the 50th Annual CMA Awards yesterday (8/31).

Check out the country stars’ reactions on Twitter to the nominations below:

Some of the other stars reacted in other ways than social media to their 50th CMA Awards nominations.

Kelsea Ballerini scored a couple of nods yesterday and recalls being a part of the announcement for the 2015 nominations, “”I will never forget last year when I was on GMA with Steven Tyler and we did the nominations and I was nominated for New Artist and Female. I’ll never forget him saying my name in those categories. I have this video ’cause I was on air, I was on camera so I had to be like super chill, but as soon as I got off I have this video of me running over to my manager and just freaking out.”

Chris Young says of his nomination for CMA Awards Vocal Event of the Year for the song “Think Of You” with Cassadee Pope, “(It’s) definitely a pinnacle moment to see it getting nominated for an award. You know it’s the first time I’ve ever been nominated in this category. You know, if there was gonna be a first time I’m glad it’s with this song just because obviously ‘Think of You’ is a big #1 and insanely fast, but just getting to share that with Cassadee as well is really really cool.”

The reigning CMA Vocal Duo of the Year Florida Georgia Line is again nominated in that category to which the duo’s Brian Kelley said, “The CMA’s are huge you know it’s the big leagues, it’s the World Series you know that’s kinda what it feels like. Tyler and I have a bunch of amazing memories of the CMAs, you know bringing our moms, walking ’em down the carpets, winning a bunch of awards that night, meeting some of our heroes, connecting with a lot of people in the industry and just being very, very humbled.”

Maren Morris‘ five nominations ties the record for nominations in a debut year by a female artist with Deana Carter, K.T. Oslin, and Gretchen Wilson. Two of her nominations are for her widely-successful debut single “My Church.” In addition to her posts on Twitter about her CMA nominations, Maren says of that song, “It’s hard to describe the feeling of the response on that song because it’s my first single – I’ve never released a single before. So, having it be so well received has been incredible. Obviously, I believed in the song, but you never really know what people are gonna think until you throw it out there. So, it’s been an honor that everyone has been so supportive of it.”

Congratulations to all of the nominees for the 50th Annual CMA Awards!
