Brett Eldredge says that some crazy stunts to celebrate his #1 songs are still coming.
Brett started a policy of doing crazy stunts to celebrate his chart-topping singles with his first #1 song, “Don’t Ya” by going skydiving. He turned the practice into a tradition by diving with sharks to celebrate his second number one single “Beat Of The Music.”
However, the country music singer-songwriter seems to have gotten so busy he has not continued the stunts for the next three number one songs. However, he says the plans are still in place to continue the tradition.
“I think I’m gonna try to do them all around the same time. I thought I had ‘Dinner in the Sky’ lined up the other day and that was for ‘Mean To Me.’ ‘Lose My Mind’ I still have to stay overnight in a haunted house. ‘Drunk On Your Love’ I have to do a show in a cave out in the middle of the ocean that you have to swim underneath the water to get in,” Brett shares, “I already know the cave and I know exactly how to get the gear in there.”
So the question is now, when will Brett be doing these stunts to celebrate the three number one songs he hasn’t yet? “Within the next six months or so,” Brett says, “I’m going to get that done. So, I’m gonna get ’em all done; I just have to figure out when.”
Brett will be right here in Bloomington-Normal when he comes as part of Keith Urban‘s “RipCORD World Tour” along with Maren Morris at the Coliseum Saturday, November 12th. Get concert and ticket details here.
Brett better get to doing the stunts he owes us. The way things are going for him he is going to have more added to the list very soon.
