Chris Lane as likely tasted a high that he will never get enough of. That euphoria comes from having a #1 song as “Fix” has reached the top of the country singles charts.
With the release of this week’s advance singles charts for radio airplay, Chris has scored his first career number one single. “Fix” tops both the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts.
The song is from his debut album Girl Problems that was released last Friday (8/5). Chris explains how the song became part of the project, “I really took to the song and everyone was pleased by the way it turned out and we kind of shifted our focus from the songs that we had already recorded to basically starting over with ‘Fix’ and I’m glad we did that.”
When Chris got the news that he now has a #1 single, he used his Twitter account to express how excited he is over the achievement.
