Blake Shelton Starts Promoting ‘The Voice’ Season 11 [VIDEOS]

Season 11 of The Voice is getting ever closer and Blake Shelton has begun promoting the new season that will feature two new coaches.

Season 11 of the hit NBC singing competition is set to start September 19th. The show shared a teaser video featuring Blake and fellow coach Adam Levine (the only two coaches to be a part of all the seasons so far) dressed as “Men In Black” at what looks like the arrival sight of a vehicle from another planet.

We already know that Alicia Keys and Miley Cyrus are joining the show as coaches for the upcoming season. That would perfectly explain the whole “from another world” scenario in the video that you can watch at the top of the page.

Blake made an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers last night (8/4) where he discussed not only the new coaches on The Voice, but also how he got the legendary Bette Midler as a mentor for #TeamBlake. Watch that interview clip in the video below.

Blake cannot be on a talk show with these days without being asked about his relationship with Gwen Stefani. Listen as he gushes over his girlfriend in the interview clip video below.

Blake also sang his latest single “She’s Got A Way With Words” on the show, but he also sang it when he appeared on the Today Show and I have shared the video of that performance below.

Blake also made an appearance on the Today Show this morning (8/5) where he started on the plaza as part of the show’s summer concert series. He chatted with Savannah Guthrie about The Voice and his fall concert tour. She also shared some pictures from early in Blake’s career … you know the “mullet years.” Watch the video clip below.

Blake kicked things off on the plaza by performing his current single “She’s Got A Way With Words.”

He also performed his hit songs “Came Here To Forget,” “Sangria” and “Boys ‘Round Here.” Watch those performances in the videos below.

After his time on the plaza singing, Blake came inside where the Today Show hosts talked to him about everything from his #1 album If I’m Honest to the pop-up shows he’s been doing and the song he co-wrote and recorded with his girlfriend Gwen Stefani titled “Go Ahead And Break My Heart.” Watch the fun interview in the video below.

Blake will be bringing his concert tour to the Peoria Civic Center Thursday, September 15th. Get concert and ticket details here.
