Why do country stars seem to keep falling off stage? Don’t ask Tim McGraw as he is the latest to “fall” victim to the mishap.
Just in recent memory for country stars who have taken the fall off stage includes Thomas Rhett, Tyler Farr and of course Luke Bryan. Luke was so prolific at tumbling on or off stage for a few months that the award shows turn his pain into laughter with pranks and jokes.
Tim McGraw becomes the latest victim of gravity and a misstep on stage. July 23rd Tim was performing a concert at Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena. While singing his hit song “All I Want Is A Life,” Tim puts his foot where there is not floor and takes a partial tumble off stage. However, the consummate professional that he is, he keeps right on singing during and after the fall. He also has a little fun with his mistake by telling the audience to, “Be careful there’s a hole there.”
I think the reason it seems more country artists fall off stage is simple. The country artists like to get close to the fans and that takes them to the edge of the stage. When they get caught up in the energy of the audience they can easily misplace their feet, thus the falling.
Of course, it could just because they are clumsy … or drunk if you’re talking about Blake Shelton. LOL
