Luke Bryan‘s wife Caroline joined forces with Dustin Lynch and Little Big Town to give Luke a special 40th birthday surprise!
Luke was on the road with his “Kill The Lights Tour” July 17th for his big “Four-Oh,” but his wife wasn’t going to let that stop her from having some fun on this special occasion. Caroline enlisted the help of a local bakery in Bangor, Maine called Cake Concoctions to create a special birthday cake featuring a “Chippendale version” of Luke popping out of the top.
Caroline then had Luke’s tour mates Dustin Lynch and Little Big Town help deliver the cake to Luke on stage. Watch a video of the moment below.
Little Big Town posted the picture at the top of the page to their Twitter account the day after Luke’s birthday along with the message, “Last night celebrating with the birthday boy @LukeBryanOnline #killthelightstour”
