The race is now officially called the “Crown Royal Presents the ‘Your Hero’s Name Here’ 400 at the Brickyard,” however to those of us NASCAR fans who have watched it from the first year and every year since, it will always be simply the Brickyard 400.
This year the NASCAR weekend at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway will take place Friday, July 22nd through Sunday, July 24th. Friday will feature all of the pre-race day events including Sprint Cup and Xfinity series practices. Saturday will feature the NASCAR Xfinity Series Lilly Diabetes 250 race followed by a Kid Rock concert.
